A civilian was killed when a bomb planted under his car exploded while passing at Jisr Diyala region, southeast of Baghdad.

(2) 26 May, Suwaib, IED
1 civilian was killed and 3 others wounded when an IED placed on the side of the road near a market in Suwaib region exploded.

SALAH AL DIN

(1) 28 May, Mushahda, IED
A bomb which was placed on the side of the road in Al-Mushahda region in Tarmiya district, north of Baghdad, exploded in the morning. 4 civilians were injured.

DIYALA

(1) 28 May, Baqubah, Suicide bomb
3 people died and 13 others were wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up in Diyala. The attacker was wearing an explosive belt, blew himself up at a security checkpoint at the entrance of a street leading to the governorate's building in central Baqubah.
