(1) 08 August, Taji District, Gunmen attack
Unknown gunmen opened fire towards an electrical applicances shop owner in Taji district, north of Baghdad. The owner was killed due to this incident.

(2) 08 August, al-Radwaniyah, IED
2 civilians were wounded in an IED explosion near a local market in al-Radwaniyah area, west of Baghdad.

DIYALA

(1) 07 August, al-Mekheisa, Motar missiles
5 motar missiles fell on villages of al-Mekheisa, Abu Karma in Abu Saida town, northeast of Baquba. 2 women were killed, while 5 others were injured.

(2) 07 August, al-Katoun, IED
A bomb exploded while a Federal Police patrol was paaing at al-Katoun district in west of Baquba, leaving a policeman killed and 2 others wounded.

(3) 07 August, Abu-Hassan, IED
A bomb blast in Abu Hassan village in al-Abbara town, north of Baquba killed a member of the paramilitary troops of al-Hashd al-Shaabi.
