A bomb exploded in the morning near a market in al-Radwaniya region, southwest of Baghdad, leaving 5 people wounded.

(2) 09 December, Al-Tarmiyah, IED
A bomb exploded near a market in al-Tarmiyah region, north of Baghdad. Due to this explosion, 1 person killed and 4 others wounded.

(3) 09 December, Al-Jihad, IED
A bomb planted on the vehicle exploded in al-Jihad district, southwest of Baghdad, and a driver was immediately killed.

(4) 09 December, Al-wardiya, IED
A bomb exploded near stores in al-Wardiya region, southeast of Baghdad, leaving 3 people injured.

(5) 08 December, Al-Nahrawan, IED
A bomb exploded near a market in al-Nahrawan region, south of Baghdad. The blast left 5 civilians injured.

An explosive planted near a market at the Taji area north of Baghdad exploded, leaving 2 people injured.

(9) 05 December, Al Rashad, IED
An explosive fixed into a car of an employee of the Electricity Ministry went off at al-Rashad neighborhood in Baghdad, killing him immediately.

(10) 05 December, Abu Gharib, IED
A bomb exploded near the industrial zone at al-Zaidan area in Abu Ghraib, killing 1 person and injuring another.

SALAH AL DIN

(1) 09 December, Tuz Khurmatu
13 missiles were fired from behind the mountains in Tuz Khurmatu against of the districts of Turkmens in the region. A child was killed, while 13 others were wounded.

KIRKUK

(1) 08 December, Almas, RPG attack
Unknown gunmen attacked an Iraqi military headquarters inside the city of Kirkuk. They opened fire on a headquarters belonging to the Iraqi counterterrorism agency in the Almas neighborhood in northern Kirkuk. The gunmen used an RPG-7 grenade launcher and a grenade before opening fire at the headquarters. The attackers were in a vehicle and fled.

NINAWA

(1) 08 December, Mosul, IED
4 personnel from the Federal Police were killed in a bomb blast that targeted their patrol passing at al-Athba village.


ANBAR

(1) 09 December, Heitan, IED
A bomb from the remnants of Islamic State exploded targeting a vehicle in Heitan village, west of Hit city in Ramadi. 4 civilians were killed from the explosion.

(2) 09 December, Al-Hesniya, IED
A bomb targeted a vehicle in al-Hesniya region, west of Hit, leaving 3 civilians wounded.

(3) 08 December, Al-Mu’alimin, IED
A booby-trapped house in al-Mu’alimin district exploded while security troops were inspecting regions in Rawa, leaving a lieutenant general killed and 2 soldiers severely injured.

BABIL

(1) 07 December
One of the members of the protection of the Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri lives in the area of the pigmented north of Babylon escaped an assassination attempt when gunmen threw a grenade at his home, causing minor injuries and physical damage to his car and home.

ERBIL

(1) 06 December, Makhmur, IED
A bomb attack has targeted a Kurdish refugee camp in Makhmur, southwest of Erbil. The explosion damaged parts of the camp and resulted 3 people killed and 7 injured.
