A tug boat was approached by 1 speed boat with 5 men on board, whilst anchored, approximately 19nm North-northwest of Pennington Terminal. The Master immediately informed nearby security forces, who dispatched a vessel to intercept the speed boat. Upon seeing the approaching security vessel, the speed boat aborted its approach and escaped at speed.
