1 robber attempted to board an anchored tanker at Mbaraki Terminal, Kenya. Duty crew members conducting routine rounds noticed the robber using a hook with a rope attached to board the vessel via the poop deck. It was immediately informed the Officer on Watch. The duty crew members shouted at the robber as he reached the ship's railing, causing the robber to make his escape.
