A robbery has occurred on tanker whilst anchored at Jetty number 3, CPO Kabil Port. The duty AB noticed wet footprints on the poop deck whilst conducting pre-departure checks. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that both the steering gear and engine room padlocks had been removed and that spare engine parts were missing. The alarm was raised and the crew mustered. A full search was then conducted but no intruders were found.
