A vessel underway sighted a group of skiffs 29nm west of Mocha, Yemen. 1 skiff with 8 persons embarked approached the vessel to within 0.2nm but did not engage in any aggressive manoeuvres.A ladder was sighted on the skiff. The vessels on board security team displayed their weapons resulting in the skiff moving away.
