Robbers managed to board an anchored bulk carrier at Tanjung Priok anchorage, Jakarta. The robbers stole engine spares and escaped unnoticed. The theft was discovered during routine rounds which resulted in a search of the vessel being carried out.

6 robbers managed to board an anchored tanker off Kutubdia anchorage from a small boat using a rope attached to a hook. Once on board, the robbers stole ships stores and properties before escaping.

The duty crew on board an anchored bulk carrier at Samarinda anchorage discovered 5 robbers on the forecastle deck armed with knives. The Duty Officer was informed and the alarm raised. Upon seeing the approaching crew the robbers made their escape with stolen ships stores.

1440UTC | 28 July | Posn: 13-44.04N 121-01.09E | Batangas Anchorage, Philippines

The duty crew on an anchored bulk carrier at Batangas anchorage discovered an unauthorised person attempting to board the vessel from a small boat using a rope with a hook attached. The Bridge and Ships Security Officer were immediately informed and the alarm was raised resulting in the crew mustering. Upon seeing the alert crew, the person abandoned his attempt to board and escaped.
